Something Sweet by Maddie Lu- Coon Rapids Specializing in custom cakes and cupcakes for any event! I am a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis. I have a passion for baking and decorating cakes.

I graduated from the Patisserie and Baking program with an associates degree and High Honors. In November, I completed a 4 month internship at the Boardwalk Bakery in Walt Disney World as a part of my schooling. I opened up a bakery in Coon Rapids, Minnesota with my mother on May 2nd 2015. Apple crisp and caramel apples will be available in store starting Friday!!! As well as pumpkin bars and other fall goods. We can not keep our apple crisp in stock, so if you’d like to guarantee one for the weekend, message me on here and I will add it to our tally and write up an order for you! $18.00/pan. Thank you so much for a wonderful season at the Andover Farmer’s Market. From the amazing weekly customers to the vendor conversations, and the fresh fruits and veggies consumed, we are so thankful for it all! We are looking forward to gearing up for another holiday season, and then before you know it, April will be here and market season will be back for us!

The Andover market goes through October with some vendors, so be sure to continue supporting your local growers if you’re able.
