With a heavy heart, we are saddened to announce the permanent closure of our Saint Paul location.

Thank you to all the guests, neighbors and friends who have joined us on West Seventh since our opening in 2016. It’s been a joy to share tacos, margaritas & most importantly, countless special moments, laughs, and unforgettable memories over the past decade. This has not been an easy decision to make, and we are forever grateful for everyone who helped make this place special.

Our Edina location remains open, and we would love to see you there. You can find us at 3910 W 50th Street or reach us at 612-268-4770. We take reservations and walk-ins.

To our guests, friends, and neighbors,

This is one of the hardest messages we’ve had to share.

After much thought, and given the weight of what’s happening around us and the strain many are carrying right now, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close Pajarito in Saint Paul. The weight of what many in our community are experiencing right now is heavy, and we need to pause to care for our people and do what feels responsible in this moment.

We’re looking ahead with hope and fully plan to reopen when the time is right. While these days are uncertain and ever-changing, we hold onto the belief that brighter moments are ahead, and we can’t wait to welcome you back when that time comes.

While our Saint Paul location is taking this pause, our Edina location remains open, and we would be so happy to see you there if you’re able. You can find us at 3910 W 50th St, Edina, MN 55424, or reach us at 612-268-4770.
