Sad to say…..cancelled again. See you on Oct 24th!

Nor'easter!? What a bummer! We had our busiest night of the year last weekend, but now we need to cancel our upcoming night market for weather safety concerns.

While there's still some uncertainty about where exactly the storm is heading, if it comes anywhere near NYC, it could dump over an inch of rain on us and bring winds in excess of 35mph on Saturday. Even if it turns out not as bad as all that, either condition by itself would warrant cancellation for safety.

So, out of an abundance of caution, we think it's prudent to cancel on the early side... and this way, our vendors, visitors, performers, and staff can start making fun plans to stay safe and indoors this weekend.

This season has been extraordinarily tricky from a weather perspective, and that's especially true tomorrow.

We've made the (fairly straightforward) decision to cancel tomorrow's event for weather safety concerns.

Forecasts are predicting up to 2" of widespread rain, a chance of severe thunderstorms and local flash flooding, and even a very slight risk of a tornado... not even to mention the smoke from Canada!!

There's simply no way we're going to risk exposing staff, vendors, visitors, or performers to those kinds of conditions tomorrow.

It's becoming trite at this point, but really hoping there's better weather in store for the second half of our season! Hopefully you can all come next weekend.
