If you've eaten at MOMS Home Cooking, there's a good chance George has cooked for you. During the day, he's part of our kitchen team. But when our day ends, George's next shift begins.

At night, he's working on something of his own — Beauties and the Beast — creating his own food and chasing the dream of someday opening a restaurant of his own.
We're happy to give him the kitchen space to work on that dream. Because more talented chefs getting a chance to grow can only mean a stronger local food scene for New Smyrna Beach.

We've started the hiring process at Edge Steaks and Seafood, and the first person we're looking for is our kitchen lead.

If you or somebody you know would be a fit, we'd love to hear from you.

We need somebody who can hold the line in a busy kitchen. Steakhouse or similar experience, cooking to temp night after night without the quality slipping. Somebody who cares what leaves the window and can lead a crew.

You'll help build the systems and the standards, and you'll have a say in how this kitchen runs.

Good salary, five days a week.

Lost in all the excitement about the new Edge Steaks & Seafood concept at 4170 US Highway 1 was the fact that today marks 3 years since we opened AM Cafe Edgewater.

Thank you, Edgewater, for the support, the early mornings, the regulars, and the new faces who keep showing up. We’re grateful and plan to keep it rolling for many more years.

Our staff is one of the best around...we appreciate them more than a Facebook post can ever convey. Here’s to the crew that makes it happen every single day.
