Ten Seasons.
In July 2017, we opened our doors with a simple hope: to create a place where people could gather over exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and the kind of evenings they would remember long after summer ended. What we didn’t realize was how much this island would give back to us.
Over the last 10 seasons, we’ve had the privilege of watching first dates turn into engagements, engagements become weddings, and those couples return with children of their own. Maybe we were one memorable meal on a special vacation. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, and quiet Tuesday dinners that somehow became annual traditions. We’ve welcomed familiar faces season after season and have been honored to become a small part of so many Vineyard stories.
None of this would have been possible without our extraordinary team—past and present—whose heart and dedication have shaped every guest experience. They are the soul of 19 Raw & Prime.
And to our guests: our year-round community, summer residents, tourists, our family and friends - thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to do what we love every single day. It’s not easy, but you make it worth it.
This restaurant has always been about more than oysters and steaks. It’s about connection. It’s about creating a place that feels like coming home.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an unforgettable first ten years.
