Our Burrata Estiva brings together fresh mozzarella, seasonal stonefruit, pistachio, honey and mint for a dish that's bright and fresh.

Then stay awhile. There's pasta, pinsa and plenty of good reasons to make tonight a Carrozza night.

Meet Pinsa at Carrozza. 🇮🇹

Crispy edges, a light and airy center, and plenty of Italian flavor—our Pinsa is the perfect way to make lunch a little more special.

Try the Crudo: prosciutto crudo, creamy ricotta, Dijon, peppery arugula, honey, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Sweet, savory, creamy, and fresh—every bite brings something different to the table.

And if Crudo isn't calling your name, our lunch menu also features pinsa with Cheese, Margherita, Pepperoni, and Pollo e Pancetta.

A great plate deserves a great pour.
Tonight, pair your dinner with the Luigi Giordano Brut Nature Rosé, a 100% Nebbiolo sparkling w**e produced in Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy, using the Metodo Classico (Traditional Method). The w**e is characterized by its bone-dry profile and rose-tinted color, derived from 2 hours of skin maceration before pressing to preserve aromatics without excessive tannin extraction.
This is a beautiful choice for an evening of Italian food, good conversation, and a little time around the table.
