We're currently hiring Servers/Wait Staff for both part-time and full-time positions.

🕢 Part-time: We're looking to fill daytime shifts (7:30 AM–4:30 PM).

Let's talk about our Potato Pancakes.
When you come to the Cafe and order Potato Pancakes you are NOT going to receive a deep fried potato patty.
Our Potato Pancakes are made in house from fresh, whole potatoes. We have a very traditional recipe that has been in this kitchen longer than every kitchen employee here. It came with the building.
While yes, much of the building has updated over time, our regulars prefer the tried and true recipe.
While we understand this is not everybody's preference, we stand behind our many patrons who come here for tradional Potato Pancakes they cannot get anywhere else.

Meet the Sweet Chili Dorito Burrito!
A 12" flour tortilla envelopes all the traditional Tuesday treats - beans, rice, taco meat, cheddar cheese- but then we amped it up with the tasty additions of not only sweet chili sauce, but yep, you guessed it.. There are in fact Sweet Chili flavored Doritos inside!
We wrapped all this up, threw it on the flat top, grilled it, smothered it in Monterey Jack cheese, more sweet chili and a Dorito. Served with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
Lunch starts at 11, open til 7!

Happy 🌮 Tuesday 🌮 folks!!!
We had a bit of a dilemma this week.. we couldn't decide what kind of quesadilla we wanted.. but, good news! Now you don't have to either! Introducing...

🌟 The Trifecta! 🌟
We made a delightful combination of 3 quesadillas (using meat from our very own Eden Meat Market, of course!) We made them in 6" shells so you get all 3!
1 - taco beef with cheddar and pepperjack cheeses
1- chorizo with pepperjack cheese
1 - southwest chicken with cheddar cheese
3 quesadilla deserve 3 sauces though, right? We got ya! Served with Chipotle mayo, nacho cheese, and sour cream. But wait, there's more (said in our very best infomercial voice).. it also comes with chips and salsa!
Open til 7pm tonight!

As promised, here's the Wiscodilla! All the best parts of of a stereotype wrapped in one crispy tortilla! This Tuesday's quesadilla is definitely not traditional, but fufills the queso requirement! We cut up our Eden Meat Market brats and then packed cheddar, mozzarella, and cheese curds! into this tasty treat.
Breakfast still available all day, specials included.

This is the Loaded taco bowl!
We crispied up some red potatoes for the base and piled them high with onion, tomato, black olives, taco meat from our favorite meat market (yes, we're biased), finished off with nacho cheese, and 2 eggs and toast of your choosing!
We also have a smothered burrito version, and an egg casserole in addition to our full menu.

It's been a minute since we've had one of those stacked sandwiches for you... so we definitely made this one count.
Hear me out: Our 1/3 lb smash burger, an Eden Meat Market brat, bacon, macaroni and cheese, plus three more cheeses(!), smothered in a house made hot honey barbecue all loaded up on a toasted pretzel bun. It doesnt get much more Wisconsin (or delicious!) than this! Come check it out. Open til 2 today!

It's Tuesday again! We brainstormed you a good one this week!
Meet the Jalapeño Popper Quesadilla!
While it contains zero poppers, it has all the flavor of a Jalapeño popper (and then some)!
We made our own house seasoned Jalapeño cream cheese and then stuffed it into a 10"shell with all sorts of deliciousness! Jam packed with crispy chicken, bacon, and cheeeeeese - both pepperjack and cheddar!!! It's an ooey gooey delight, sure to please those taste buds.
Open til 7 tonight!
