🔥 Before the Restaurant… There Was a Cargo Trailer.

Thank you to everyone who took a guess on our Fun Fact Monday question! 👀
The answer is… The Joint really did start in the back of an enclosed cargo trailer! 😲
Before there was a restaurant… before there was even a food trailer… there was Jared, Allison, an enclosed cargo trailer, and a whole lot WINGS. 😂🔥
From July through October 2018, we packed up that trailer and did more than 25 pop-up events, serving WHOLE SMOKED WINGS and working to get The Joint name out into the community.

Those pop-ups helped us build the brand and eventually take the next big step—purchasing our first food trailer. And the rest, as they say, is history! ❤️

It’s pretty fun looking back at where we started compared to where we are today. We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey along the way. 🐷🔥

Who remembers eating The Joint BBQ during those early pop-up days?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Drop a comment if you were there!
