This one is for the sauce people. 🍑🔥

We’re roasting jackfruit until it’s tender and juicy, then piling it high with our smoky-sweet chipotle-peach BBQ sauce. Add a heap of tender collard greens, buttery cornbread, and cool, crunchy coleslaw and you’ve got one heckuva Sunday Brunch!

Well, y’all absolutely showed up for Oktoberfest! 🍻🥨

We sold out of the German-inspired sandwich (and a whole lot of other things), so first: THANK YOU. And second: thank you for your patience while we tried to keep up with the beautiful Oktoberfest chaos. ❤️

Today we’re switching gears with a brand-new sandwich: 🐷 Tamarind Pork Shoulder Sandwich
Pork shoulder slow-cooked with tamarind, soy, garlic, palm sugar & black pepper, piled onto the bread and topped with roasted garlic mayo, green chili sauce, and pickled ginger slaw.

Sweet. Savory. Tangy. A little spicy. Basically, pork shoulder went on vacation and came back with stories.

AND… we still have a few desserts hanging around from last night’s festivities, and we're thinking one of those + a Giant Jones Tropical Stout sounds like an extremely reasonable way to spend an afternoon.

You survived Oktoberfest. You deserve a sandwich.

🌿 SUNDAY VEGAN SPECIAL — 9/13 🌿

This one is very special!

Heavily inspired by the flavors of Northern Thailand—and more specifically, one of Chef Jared's favorite dishes from his time at Pok Pok: Da Chom’s Laap Meuang.

Laap comes in a million different styles and flavors, but this one? Rich, wildly complex, deeply aromatic, spicy, funky, savory… basically everything we want to eat.

Ground Fun Guy Farms mushrooms + tofu stewed with galangal, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fennel, pepper, dried chilies, mace, star anise, cardamom, Sichuan peppercorns, miso, cumin, coriander, cilantro root, long pepper & phakpai.

Served over jasmine rice with cabbage and topped with sawtooth, cilantro, phakpai, fried shallots & fried garlic.

Come hungry. This one has layers. 🍚🌶️🌿

Things are about to get real cluckin’ good around here!

This Sunday, we’re bringing the BUFFALO TOFU SANDWICH to the party. 🐔💥

Brined, battered & breaded tofu gets dunked in our house-made vegan Buffalo sauce, absolutely smothered in vegan blue cheese dressing, then piled onto a ciabatta bun with lettuce, red onion & pickles.
It’s spicy. It’s tangy. It’s crispy. It’s gloriously messy.
It's real cluckin' good.

🚨 New Sandwich! 🚨

Pork shoulder stewed with cinnamon, clove, fennel seed, prickly ash, star anise, and ginger. Served with pickled ginger slaw, roasted garlic and 5-spice mayo, smoked plum sauce, and green onion.

Phat Thai Inspired Noodles

Rice noodles get pan-fried in garlic oil with soy, palm sugar, tamarind, nori, tofu, stewed walnuts, peanuts, bean sprouts, green onion, sawtooth & salted radish. Then we throw toasted chili powder, sriracha & lime at the whole situation. Sweet. Salty. Sour. Spicy. Crunchy. A little funky. 🍜🔥
