If you can’t take the heat, you’re not Smackdaddys — and around here, we don’t just bring the heat… we ARE the heat.

After a season of cooking, catering, serving, hauling, hustling, and generally keeping the food situation under control, we’re stepping away from the grind for a little bit.

We’re going to recharge, regroup, and briefly remember what life is like when our brains aren’t constantly asking, “What are we feeding everybody?”

But don’t worry. We’re not going anywhere.

In fact, while we’re taking our little breather, we’re opening up the holiday calendar.

Got a company party?
Holiday gathering?
Employee appreciation event?
Family shindig?
A room full of people who are going to expect you to feed them?

Congratulations. That’s our department.

And we’re not stopping at the main course.

Through our Sugardaddys alter ego, we’ve got the sweet stuff covered too — cakes, cupcakes, yule logs, croissants, and much, much more.

Basically, if your holiday event needs food, dessert, or both, we’d like to have a word.

You bring the people.
We’ll bring the food.
Everybody wins.

Just don’t wait until the holiday panic sets in and suddenly you’re standing in your living room wondering how you’re supposed to feed 40 people while also making dessert.

Get your holiday date on our calendar now.

Because future-you is going to be very impressed with current-you for handling this before the holiday chaos gets completely out of hand.

Well, look at us showing up early like we have our lives together.

We’re at the Brewing Projekt early today because why not start the afternoon with a good decision?

We’re already here, we’re already cooking, and we’re ready to take care of the important stuff — feeding you.

Come grab some Smackdaddys, grab a drink, and make your Saturday afternoon considerably more delicious.

The cooler weather has officially brought back GUMBO SEASON at Smackdaddy’s! 🙌

Loaded with shrimp, andouille sausage, blackened chicken & jasmine rice, our hearty Cajun gumbo is exactly what you need to warm you up when that Wisconsin chill rolls in. 🔥

You asked for it. The weather demanded it. GUMBO IS BACK, BABY!

Find us today (Saturday) at North High School for their soccer tournament until 2pm, then at The Brewing Projekt 4pm-8pm. 🔥

WELL… LOOK WHO DECIDED TO SHOW UP.

The Mob Boss is BACK, folks.

We pulled him out of hiding, dusted off the attitude, and apparently that was all it took. Now he thinks he runs the place again.

Honestly, the confidence is impressive.

The Mob Boss will be making his first appearance of the weekend Friday at The Corner at Chad’s Towing from 11 AM–2 PM.

Then Saturday, because apparently one appearance wasn't enough…

North High School Soccer Games
11 AM–3 PM

The Brewing Projekt
4–8 PM

So yes, the Mob Boss is back.

No, we don't know who authorized this.

And yes, you should probably come get one before he starts making decisions around here again.

Well, look who showed up with a schedule.

THURSDAY • OCTOBER 1
Marshfield Clinic Medical Center — Craig Road
11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Marshfield, lunch is calling.

The lunch bell is basically ringing, and we're bringing the kind of food that makes your afternoon a whole lot more interesting.

FRIDAY • OCTOBER 2
The Corner at Chad’s Towing in Hallie
11:00 AM–2:00 PM

And let's be honest... Friday lunch deserves a little more excitement than whatever you've been pretending is a meal all week.

SATURDAY • OCTOBER 3

North High Soccer Games
11:00 AM–3:00 PM

We'll be there serving Smackdaddys while everyone else keeps track of goals. We'll be keeping track of who ordered the Smackfredo and Loaded Smack and Cheese.

Then we're off to Brewing Projekt
4:00–8:00 PM

We love our Brewing Projekt crew, and we're bringing the food to match the Saturday vibes.

Basically, soccer first. Brewing Projekt after. Smackdaddys throughout.

That's a Saturday we can get behind.

WELL, THIS WEEK ESCALATED QUICKLY.

Catering, soccer, a courthouse, Brewing Projekt, a fall festival and a whole lot of cars… because apparently we looked at the calendar and thought, “Sure, why not?”

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND
EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION CATERING
A very important job: keeping hardworking people well fed. We take this responsibility very seriously.

Then we’re off to…

NORTH HIGH SCHOOL — YOUTH SOCCER
4:00–8:00 PM

The kids run. We cook. Everybody wins.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH
EAU CLAIRE COUNTY COURTHOUSE — UNITED WAY FUNDRAISER
11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Then we’re heading to one of our favorite places…

BREWING PROJEKT
4:00–8:00 PM

You already know how much we love this place. Great people, a great atmosphere, and the perfect spot to spend a Thursday evening.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH
LAFAYETTE FALL FESTIVAL — CHIPPEWA FALLS
8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Vendors, food, fall fun, and plenty happening all day long!

EAU CLAIRE STREET CRUISE — WESTRIDGE CENTER
5:00–7:00 PM

Classic cars. Muscle cars. Trucks. Motorcycles. Chrome. Big engines. Anything that can roll into a Street Cruise.

The kind of rides that make you stop mid-conversation because something just rumbled past.

Engines roaring. The whole place buzzing. Plenty to see, hear, and take in.

This is not your average Saturday night.

Bring your crew, check out the rides, soak it all in, and enjoy the evening with us!

WELL… LOOK AT US, OUT HERE MAKING PLANS AGAIN.

Apparently sitting still just isn’t our thing, so here's this week's schedule...

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17
11 AM–2 PM
The Corner at Chad’s Towing — Hallie

We always have a good time at The Corner. The folks there are great to us, the food seems to disappear pretty quickly, and somehow they keep letting us come back. We’re not going to question it.

AND THEN SATURDAY…

SEPTEMBER 19
GATHERING OF THE WATERS POW WOW
Sonnetag, Eau Claire
Event hours: 11 AM–8 PM

Never been to a Pow Wow? Well, there’s no time like the first time! Come check it out, enjoy the day, and see what it’s all about. There’ll be dancing, drumming, music, traditions, and plenty to experience. We’ll be there serving up Smackdaddys, enjoying the day, and probably trying to figure out how we’re going to see everything, take it all in, and still remember we’re there to work.

We’re honored to be there and can’t wait to share the day with everyone.
