Smackdaddys Gourmet Grub is rolling into the Fest Grounds in Cadott for TWO DAYS of great food, great music, and all the OneFest fun!

Saturday, July 31st

We'll be serving up your Smackdaddys favorites all weekend long. You know the drill: you show up for the music, somehow end up at the food truck, and suddenly you're making decisions about what you're ordering like it's the most important decision of the weekend.

Spoiler alert: we probably don’t.

Unfortunately, due to the poor air quality, Smackdaddys will not be at Brewing Projekt tonight (4–8).

This wasn't an easy decision, but the health and safety of our team and our customers comes first.

We'll be back at Brewing Projekt tomorrow, Friday, July 17, from 4–8 PM, hopefully with better air quality.

We're also sending good thoughts to our neighbors in Canada and to everyone affected by the wildfires. Wishing for rain, safer days, and clearer skies for all.

THIS WEEK'S MENU ADDITIONS ARE... GREAT.

Don't worry... your Smackdaddys favorites aren't going anywhere. We'll still be serving up our Smack Fredo, Loaded Mac & Cheese, Gyro, and Loaded Dirty Rice, along with this week's featured specials.

This week, we're introducing three specials named after our GREAT grandkids: Maxon, Maverick, and Cassie. We figured if they're going to have food named after them, it better be something worth bragging about.

MAD MAX STEAK WRAP
Mediterranean-seasoned steak, saffron rice, grilled onions and peppers, creamy cheese sauce, all wrapped in a tortilla and toasted golden on the flat top.

THE MAVERICK CHICKEN WRAP
Mediterranean chicken, saffron rice, grilled onions and peppers, creamy cheese sauce, all wrapped in a tortilla and toasted golden on the flat top.

CASSIE'S SUNSHINE PARFAIT
A buttery lemon shortbread crust, silky lemon posset, fruit compote, rich mascarpone honey whipped topping, finished with a lemon shortbread crumble.
