Hi everyone, we are aware that some customers experienced chewy beef and too much gristle in some of our beef dishes recently. We truly appreciate everyone who brought it to our attention and gave us honest feedback.

We have now switched to a new beef vendor and personally tested the tenderness ourselves. Our beef dishes are now much more tender and improved!

Come give them a try again and thank you all for helping us improve! ❤️
