Co-founder of ParamedicAF, Michelle Mouring is a career Paramedic and EMS educator. She brings years of experience in the field, perpetual study, and lived healing from decades of trauma to bear on a presentation that will make you think, make you feel, and bring you hope. The specific focus on Polyvagal mapping and the applications of trauma therapy to the everyday life of first responders will be a unique treat.

☕🚑 MEDIC GRINDZ IS GROWING — TWO STATES. ONE MISSION. 🚑☕

Medic Grindz is entering a new chapter.

As life takes our team in new directions, we’ve made the decision to officially operate Medic Grindz from two home bases: Kentucky and South Carolina.

Ian Williamson will be relocating to South Carolina, while Jason Thompson and Paul Pellerin will continue representing and growing Medic Grindz here in Kentucky.

But make no mistake—this isn’t a split. It’s an expansion.

We’re still one team, one company, and one mission: serving the first responder community with great coffee, caffeine, connection, and a little EMS humor along the way.

📍 KENTUCKY: Paul will become the primary contact for scheduling events, vendor opportunities, deliveries, and other Medic Grindz appearances throughout Kentucky.

📍 SOUTH CAROLINA: Ian will serve as the primary contact for scheduling and events throughout South Carolina as we continue building our presence there.

📦 SHIPPING: Most online orders will begin shipping directly from South Carolina as we transition our operations and continue working to make fulfillment as efficient as possible.

🚑☕ AND YES… THE COFFEE AMBULANCE IS STILL COMING.

We know the ambulance project has moved slower than we originally planned, but it is absolutely still in the works.

Our goal is to have the first Medic Grindz Coffee Ambulance launch from Kentucky in 2027. We’d rather take our time and build it right than rush something that has been part of this dream from the beginning.

Kentucky is where Medic Grindz grew its roots.

South Carolina is where we’re planting new ones.

And now we get the opportunity to serve first responders, departments, families, and communities across two states instead of one.

Two states. Three team members. One mission. One Medic Grindz.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this crazy little coffee company and continues to grow alongside us. There’s a whole lot more coming.
