This coming weekend, June 6 & 7 will be at in Manorville for their Lavender Festival. It’s going to be a long weekend. I’m planning on smoking upwards of 20 briskets, 12 pastrami, 45 racks of baby backs, 48 racks of short ribs and more. I hope to see a few of our regulars. I wish the crew at waterdrinker a successful event.

Hi All,
It’s been a very tiring week for me and I will not be at Olish Farms today. I’m sorry disappoint. I actually threw my back out on Wednesday and our little one has been getting up in the middle of the night all week. I need some r&r. I will plan to be at olish farms next Saturday.
