I’m changing ALL THE COFFEE at the bakery to support small. I’ve already been using Red Rocket Roasters Coffee House and Roastery dark espresso in my coffee, walnut and date bread. Now if you come in for a cup of hot or iced coffee at the bakery you’ll get to enjoy Frank’s amazing blends roasted right here in Center Moriches. He is the sommelier of coffee it’s amazing.

Shop local. Swing by Red Rocket Roasters and relax in the coffee lounge, watch the coffee get roasted right on site! And TASTE the difference.

I have only 6 available today!

The number on any given day directly relates to how many raspberries my 5 year old and I are able to harvest from our bushes. We don’t spray or fertilize you can taste the difference in fresh clean produce harvested daily.

These buns are about showcasing the fresh raspberries with a buttery rich French brioche base and a thick scratch made pastry cream.

You need to arrive EARLY if you want these!!!
