Patti first reached out to plan Dan’s 60th birthday celebration on July 4th. By July 6th, they were already asking us to come back for Round 2.

Yes, you read that right—just 𝙏𝙒𝙊 𝘿𝘼𝙔𝙎 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙍. 🥹

Their message started with “𝑇𝘩𝑒 𝑓𝘰𝑜𝘥 𝘸𝑎𝘴 𝘰𝑢𝘵𝑠𝘵𝑎𝘯𝑑𝘪𝑛𝘨!” and ended with every small business owner’s favorite question:

“𝘞𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 2 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘴… 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘶𝘴?”

And just like that, two weeks later we were back, baby—this time celebrating their daughter’s baby shower and Dan & Patti’s very first grandbaby. 🍼💙

Somewhere between the burnt ends & mac ’n cheese, the laughs, the texts that had us cracking up, and two pretty BIG family milestones, something really special happened…

Customers started feeling a whole lot more like 𝘧𝑎𝘮𝑖𝘭𝑦. 🥹

Dan, Patti & the Pace family, thank you for welcoming our little family business into your family’s biggest moments. Being trusted to feed the people you love is something we’ll never take for granted—and getting to do it 𝙏𝙒𝙄𝘾𝙀?! Well, apparently you’re stuck with us now. 😜

Every great menu begins with a vision. In this case, one bowl was all it took to bring that vision to life. 🍣😉

Created exclusively for a wedding tasting, this scratch-made 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙬𝙡 wasn’t the final presentation—it was the inspiration. Designed to showcase the concept of elegant mini poke bowls served in cocktail cups for cocktail hour. 🥂

Featuring premium marinated salmon in our house poke sauce served over sticky sushi rice seasoned with nori komi furikake, fresh mango, creamy avocado, fresh seaweed salad, edamame, house-made pickled cucumbers, pickled red onions, fresh scallions, sesame seeds, and our signature scratch-made spicy mayo, every ingredient was thoughtfully selected to create an elevated, memorable bite.

Dave and Audrey have been part of our Lehigh Valley BBQ family for years, and somewhere along the way, we’ve been honored to become a small part of theirs.

What started with a chance meeting at a local event has grown into a friendship and become one of our favorite traditions. Over the years, they’ve trusted us to be part of some of life’s happiest celebrations, meaningful gatherings, and moments that mattered most to their family. Being welcomed back year after year is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive. 🥹

The guy who’s up before anyone else and works harder than anyone I know. Whether he’s behind the smoker, serving customers, or taking care of our family, he shows up every single day and always gives it his all.

Being a dad to four girls AND running a full-time catering and event business is NOT for the faint of heart 🤪

We’re all so lucky to have him. Our family, our customers, and all of Lehigh Valley BBQ. Without him, none of this would be possible.
