⏰ The lights come on long before the sun does. 🥯

While most of Easton is still asleep, our bakers are already hard at work—starting around 3:00 AM every day so fresh New York-style bagels are ready when we open at 6:00 AM, seven days a week.

🥯 Breakfast is served all day, every day we're open.

🍔 On Saturdays and Sundays, our lunch menu begins at 11:30 AM, allowing us to focus on serving the busy weekend breakfast crowd first.

Hours of Operation

🗓️ Monday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🗓️ Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Whether you're an early bird, grabbing breakfast on the way to work, or joining us for a leisurely weekend morning, we'll have something fresh waiting for you.
