My brother told me he didn’t want a fancy cake and to keep it simple…… this is about as simple as I was making it…. A chocolate espresso martini cake with a whipped vanilla bean Bailey’s mousse for the filling and espresso buttercream 🎂……. They’re still a little more fun to make with the mini martini glasses though.
