It's been a long time since my last post but I've officially decided to shut down and sell the trailer. Willing to help guide the startup and teach as much as I can, I can't physically run it by myself anymore. Solid 2 person operation, I've also made quite a few upgrades and adjustments to make operations more convenient, (high flow adjustable speed hood fan, powered trailer jack, 12ft awning, decorative tie downs, upgraded water pump, 2sqft flat top and gas grill (40lb deep fryer standard) RGBIC roof accent lighting, additional shelving, LED Menu display) Any serious inquiries welcome, asking $27,000, not including portable AC and Generator.

Just want to say a huge thanks to Everyone that ever came out to my truck. It was a long time dream of mine to open my own food truck and share my love of cooking with the world! It was short lived but boy was it fun!🥲

Some recent discoveries about my health have made me come to the conclusion that the food truck will now have to be permanently closed.

I hope and pray I'll bounce back and might be able to start this adventure again one day. Until then I'll probably be putting everything up for sale. Thank you all again for your love and support. This doesn't feel like a failure, but maybe just a, see ya later.
