In April last year we posted this below. The response we received was so inspiring, positive and moving that we continued it for the year, and now it has become a part of the cafe. ❤️ We have hundreds of cards,a lot of them filled out by children which has been so positive for our future. Please if you haven't already, stop in and fill one out.
From April 2025:
The past few months I have been disappointed and heartbroken with the hate that has taken over this country. It's not the way we were brought up, it's not what we taught our children and certainly not what we want to teach our grandchildren. If we all spread a tiny bit of kindness every day maybe we can make a difference. Love is easy!
Im asking that for the month of April you come in and put your words on an index card about love and respect for humankind and why you think it's so important for human survival for all of us. All together we can begin to make the change.
And We will display all cards in the cafe to share with everyone! Let's let humanity win! ❤️ Its small but I believe it's so meaningful for everyone right now. Remember that a single drop of water can cause countless ripples.
