Tonight, we got absolutely and unexpectedly HAMMERED. ❤️

Ticket times were long, and some of you waited much longer than you wanted to. We know your time matters, and we’re sorry for those waits. Thank you to everyone who showed us patience and kindness.

Restaurant life is so unpredictable. Behind the counter tonight was a team pouring everything they had into keeping up. Through the stress, the tears, and the little victories, they kept showing up for each other and for you.

We understand that hungry can turn into hangry. We feel the pressure, too, because we care about getting your meal right. Every order. Every customer.

🌟 Manager Spotlight: Meet Kaleb! 🌟

Kaleb has been part of the Bubba J’s family for several years. From the very beginning, he came to us willing to step in wherever he was needed and do whatever it took to help our team succeed.

Kaleb quickly impressed us with his loyalty, hard work, and willingness to learn. Over the years, he has worked his way into management and now plays an important role in helping run our Cashmere location.

Kaleb truly exemplifies what it means to be part of the Bubba J’s family. He is dependable, hardworking, and has become like a son to us. He also has the biggest heart for dogs—when he isn’t working, you can usually find him spending time with his beloved fur babies! 🐾

Kaleb, thank you for everything you do for Bubba J’s. We appreciate you more than you know and are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our family! ❤️
