I’m Barb Andre-Van Lith of Ring-a-Bell’s Catering and I have been creating great meals and memorable events in the Wenatchee Valley for over 20 years. I work to provide a unique experience and atmosphere that you and your guests will always remember. Doing up a Classic Cheese Board for the 30 under 35 Honoree Event at Pybus tonight.

I love it when the garden is in full bloom because I can play with some accents for displaying.

It’s so fun to collaborate with other small businesses. Sugar And Slices provided mini cheesecakes that we took up to Harmony Meadows for a beautiful rehearsal dinner.

I have to tell you the Pistachio cheesecake was the best thing I have eaten in a very long time. It was delicious!!!

Haven’t made this classic Cellar Cafe Pea Salad in a while. Now to add the crisp bacon and crunchy peanuts. Yum! Forgot how much I loved this salad

Sometimes you just get to be a part of very cool local events! NCW Tech Alliance hosts Flywheel each year and we got to provide delicious appetizers at both the welcome party Circle 5 Winery and the awards ceremony at Pybus Public Market.

I wasn’t sure I was going to make it to the finish line last week but we did it!!
100/ppl tacos for cinco de mayo, 400/ppl lunch, 75th Birthday party in the DK garden for the lovely Jan Mathison, 3 day catering for family reunion up in Leavenworth. What a fantastic week! Just now catching my breath ❤️

It is so nice to be able to cook in our new commissary shared kitchen space. The grand opening was a huge success. Cannot wait to cater some fun parties in the DK garden

What an amazing grand opening for the Downtown Kitchen !!

I have loved working with Jack's Bagel Shop shoulder to shoulder in the shared commissary kitchen. We really wanted to showcase their bagels and created some fun appetizers out of them. We chose the poppyseed bagel, salted bagel and they created the coolest charcoal sesame seed bagel that we did w/ smoked salmon lox.

Truffled Egg Salad on Salt Bagel (green onion, julienned radishes, white truffle oil and micro greens)

Whipped Goat Cheese, Hot Honey & Pistachio on Poppy Bagel w/ cracked blacked pepper and orange zest

Smoked Salmon on Sesame Charcoal Bagel Dill Herbed Cream Cheese, Capers and Pickled Cucumber
