Trades Hop is back!

Come spend the day at the Trades District on August 29th! All of our awesome neighbors will have something going on, so there will be plenty to shop, eat, sip & check out throughout the district.

At Valley Pizza Joint, we’ll be open 1–10 PM with pizza, drinks, ice cream + thrift finds from 1–3 PM

A little heads up because the next few weeks are about to be BUSY 🍕✨

We’ve got regular shop weekends, a couple road trips, the Chelan County Fair, Food Truck Knight, and Dream Night all coming up — so SAVE THIS POST so you know where to find us.

The big things to remember:
Sept 10–13 — the shop will be CLOSED while we’re at the Chelan County Fair.
Sept 18 — the shop will be CLOSED while we’re at WVC Food Truck Knight.
Sept 27 — Dream Valley Athletics will be taking over Valley Pizza Joint for Dream Night! Come grab some pizza, support the team, and check out the silent auction benefiting the gym’s booster club 💜

Meanwhile, we’re in the Joint TWO DAYS EARLY making dough from scratch.

Every single dough ball is hand-weighed, hand-rolled, and cold fermented for 2 full days before it ever hits the oven.

No frozen dough. No premade balls. No shortcuts.

Just fresh, fresh, FRESH — because we’re a little extra about our dough and we’re not sorry about it.
