How is this even possible?! 🤍☕️
One year ago today, I purchased the trailer that we turned into Belle’s Coffee!
It was a slow start, and I enjoyed my summer and was able to do so many fun things like going to concerts, hiking Mt. Katahdin, white water rafting, camping, and so much more. But by the time fall rolled around, we were in full swing!
Our opening weekend was October 18th. We had our health inspection just two days before the event… phew, that was a close one! It turned out to be such an amazing opening weekend and is still one of our best weekends to date!
Since then, we’ve been to many craft fairs and festivals and have been booked for so many different events. I honestly thought it would take a long time for someone to book us, but sure enough, it didn’t!
The support everyone in the community has shown me throughout this journey has been incredible. There have been so many strangers who have helped me when I needed it. Whether it was helping me hook up my trailer (I’ve needed help a time or two, but I’ve got it down now 😂), running to the store to get ice when I ran out, helping me get my generator into the trailer, and so much more.
It’s such an amazing feeling knowing that no matter where I am, there will always be someone willing to lend a hand when needed. Even if it’s just me in the trailer, I know someone will have my back.
Going into our first summer, I’m excited and nervous! Our days are getting full, but if there’s something you’d love to see us at, we’re always open to ideas. Even if we’re already booked, it’s something we can keep in mind for next year!
As much as I love being in Waterboro and seeing all of my regulars, I also love going to new places… maybe a new one coming soon! 👀
We’re still learning and figuring everything out, but we’ve now been open for almost 8 months.
