As I’m sure you heard by now, we have decided to close Blast from the Past in Waterboro permanently. We appreciate all the support we have received in the 16 years we have had the privilege of serving the Waterboro area and surrounding communities. We have met so many great people through the diner and car shows. We have had the honor of having so many great staff members in those years. We will have a lifetime of great memories to always reflect on. I thank Gail, the manager all these years, for her dedication and support. I cannot say enough about the staff we had at the end. They weathered the COVID 19 pandemic with us and never complained about the very different working environment we all had to deal with. They actually tried their hardest to promote business on our behalf. As you all know, we were never known for wanting to do takeout (lol). We could not ask for more dedicated people and wish them all the best this world has to offer them in their future endeavors. We are sure they will be very successful in anything they choose to pursue. Once again, thank you all for your support. Let’s all get through this pandemic safely and look forward to better times when it is handled.
