Love is in the air (at Bluefoot!)

Come and join us for a romantic evening filled with delicious specials, yummy desserts, and our very own live music.

We'll only have two seatings—5pm and 7pm—and we're already filling up, so please call or text to reserve your table today. Please note: we will likely not have walk-in space, and we'll have to keep each table to a max 1.45hr seating time to accommodate everyone.

With everything going on, come out and support your local small business! Need a snack for the river or the lake or a bite to eat after all that swimming and hiking? We're open with extended hours this weekend starting TODAY!

We'll be open for dine-in and takeout as usual. We'll be live on DoorDash too but recommend ordering directly with us and picking up your order to avoid any added costs!

Please remember to keep the swimsuits at the lake 😜 As always, reservations are highly recommended. You can call or text us to reserve.

Our Father's Day menu is here and available all day tomorrow, Sunday, June 15th.

We'll have all of your normal favorites plus a few specials:

~ For starters, we'll have our delicious seafood empanadas
~ For main course, we'll have our Surf and Turf and a fish and chips platter (also great for sharing as an appetizer!)
~ For dessert, we'll have fresh bread pudding a la mode

Reservations recommended, especially for parties of 5+. We'll be open for dine-in and take-out. Come celebrate with us (away from the rain!!) 💗

Hi all! It's that time of the year already 🤯

We'll be open with special hours today, Thursday 5/22 from 4-8PM.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we'll be open as normal.

On Monday, 5/26 we'll be open from 12pm-8pm.

We'll be open for dine-in or takeout. As always, reservations are recommended. You can call or text with your name, party size and preferred date/time. We never know how busy we're going to get, so better safe than sorry... *especially* if you're coming with a party of 5 or more! We only have 2 large tables as a reminder :)

~ Tender seafood cooked in a creamy garlic sauce served with rice and tostones
~ Cazuela de pescado, which is tender fish cooked in a peanut butter plantain puree served with rice and maduros on the side

🥣 Fanesca season is here! 🇪🇨

This week at Bluefoot, we’re serving up two specials to celebrate Lent: Seafood Empanadas—a delicious mix of lobster, shrimp, and fish—and Fanesca—Ecuador’s beloved Holy Week soup. Made with 12 grains and legumes (one for each of the apostles) and rich, savory salt cod, this dish is a once-a-year tradition rooted in both indigenous harvest festivals and Catholicism.

It’s hearty, comforting, and made with all of the love of generations that came before us.

Come get your bowl before it’s gone or order takeaway! Once Easter hits, that’s it till next year 💛

Huge thank you to Deanna and her crew for coming out to our little corner of East Stroudsburg in the Poconos and sharing our story.

We didn’t open Bluefoot to make money off of the community that we’ve been a part of for over 15 years. We opened it, and we’re sure many restaurant owners feel this way, to give back. To feed our community with nourishing food that feels like it was made by family. To create a place where people can come in and feel the love and connection.

We’re a small family business, and this isn’t an easy one, especially in this day and age. Things are expensive, we get that, but we appreciate everyone that comes through our door, and we hope that the way we make you feel stands out. That trying something new makes your week. That letting us take care of you takes a little bit of the burden off your shoulders.

So, with lots of love and gratitude, thank you! And, if you haven’t been yet… what’re you waiting for?
