Our Pulled Pork sandwich is slow smoked pork shoulder piled high, topped with homemade slaw and our OG BBQ Sauce on a brioche bun. It comes with one side and cornbread, because we're not monsters.

Huge thank you to every one of you who wrote us in. You're the reason the smoker never sleeps, and we don't take a single rack, brisket slice or pile of pulled pork for granted.

Our Full Rack is award-winning St. Louis spareribs, smoked daily with our pork rub and finished in Rib Glaze the same way we do it in competition. About 12 bones, one side, and cornbread. Order early. While they last is not a joke.

"Very tasty food, and way bigger meat portions than other local BBQ spots. Had to bring our leftovers home and finish them the next day (not complaining!) Staff was friendly and very attentive. Loved the pulled pork egg rolls too. We will be back."

Fries were fine on their own. Then we buried them. Our Pulled Pork Poutine is crispy fries covered with melted provolone and smoked pulled pork, then smothered in gravy and finished with our OG BBQ Sauce. Sharing is optional. Forks are mandatory.
