The foundation is in! 🧱🍕

Our kitchen expansion is moving along. Inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, then they’ll fill everything back in and get ready for framing.

We’re making room for more ovens, more fryers, a new walk-in freezer, and more space for our crew to keep up with all those pizzas and wings!

A few people have asked what we’re adding at GG’s, so here’s the scoop! 🍕🍗

Last year we expanded our refrigeration. This year we’re expanding the kitchen—more ovens for pizzas, more fryers for wings, and more room for dough and our growing crew!

No dining room expansion or menu additions planned right now. We’re giving ourselves more room to keep up with all the orders you’ve been sending our way and keep making the food you love.

Thank you for keeping us busy and helping our little family business grow! We’ll keep sharing pictures as things move along.

And underground parking? 😂 We’ll have to save that for another project!
