📣 Customer Service Update: Mobile to Landline Call Issue 📣

We want to inform our customers about a recurring and potentially disruptive issue that is affecting **mobile calls placed to landline numbers** (including our main business line).

**What We Know:**
* The issue is characterized by **one-way audio** (the caller cannot hear the landline recipient, or vice versa).
* Some customers, though rarely, have reported receiving a **"not in service"** error message when trying to connect.
* The problem seems to be most prevalent among users on the **T-Mobile** network but may not be limited to that provider.
* **Temporary Workaround:** We understand that a full mobile device reboot can temporarily correct the calling functionality for some users.

**What You Should Do:**
This appears to be a systemic issue affecting many local businesses and stems from the carrier side. We advise all customers experiencing this issue to **immediately contact their respective mobile service provider** (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) to report the problem and help escalate a fix.
