Super long post alert!!
TLDR: I love you guys so much 🥰 and can’t wait for what’s to come.
One season comes to an end and another begins.
We are looking forward to an exciting and busy fall, and lately, each event has made me more and more thankful.
Opening a business is *wild*, and other than some pieces of advice and a few tips from others… there’s no manual on how to hit the ground running.
We took a few stumbles FOR SURE. A lot of learning, a lot of long days, and a lot of “wtf am
I even doing rn?”
But looking into this next season, and after the growth we experienced this summer, I can’t feel anything less than overwhelmed with pride and gratitude. This truck was nothing but a dream until you all helped turn it into something that gets me SO EXCITED. I have had so much fun innovating, meeting all of you, and creating something cool af. Hearing “OMG I’ve drove by your truck 100 times! I’m so excited to try!” Neverrrrr gets old lol.
And I TOTALLY did not do it alone. My boots-on-the-ground girls who have stood by me through every “omg I f’d up 😳”, every laugh, and every long line… y’all are the real MVPs. I also cannot thank my friends enough who have listened to me endlessly talk about new ideas, logistics they have no clue what I’m talking about, every panic and every win. Lastly to our BRMS, NESC and family community who have helped me out endlessly - we are so grateful!
SO!! Please continue spreading the word, sharing our stuff, eating our food, and helping us make this little food truck dream come true. We absolutely CANNOT WAIT for an awesome fall and look forward to an even bigger 2027.
