October is Mad About Reading at Mad Chef Craft Brewing, and we’ve got something for the little readers and the “just one more chapter” crowd 👏🏼

📚Read a book | Earn a pizza 🍕
Our reading program is open to students from Pre-K through high school! Pick up a reading form at the pub, finish a book, and return your completed form for a ticket for one FREE kids cheese pizza. We’ll hang your form on our reading wall to celebrate!
One reward per student per program year. Pizza comes as is, with no modifications. Tickets can be redeemed in October or November.

Our fall lineup and October cocktails have landed at Mad Chef, and we’re giving sweater weather a much better drink menu 🤣

Apple Pie 🍎 brings housemade apple pie syrup and a graham cracker rim. Choose vodka or wh***ey. Dessert decisions should always be this easy.

Pumpkin Spiked Latte ☕️ takes your pumpkin spice habit after hours with vodka, espresso, housemade pumpkin spiced syrup and spiced cold foam.

Two breweries and Sixteen months of patience. Things got a little insane over here 🥃🍫

We teamed up with our friends at Cartel Brewing & Blending for two new barrel-aged imperial stouts, available on draft and in bottles at both pubs.

Insane Cake Posse 🤡 For part two of our 2026 barrel release collaboration, we each aged the stout in Thistle Finch Rye barrels for 16 months, then blended the barrels together and conditioned it on chocolate, raspberries, and cheesecake. Get down with the clown. Whoop whoop!

Vantum ◼️The vault is open. This long-awaited collab spent 16 months in a single Thistle Finch bourbon barrel. Layers of chocolate, crystal and dark malts, candi sugar, and brown sugar make for a decadent, full-bodied stout with a velvety finish.

Grab a pour, take a bottle home, or make it a very good night and do both🍻

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗧! 🍻 We’ve got 99 problems, but a lack of German-inspired food ain’t one 😂

Our Oktoberfest features have arrived, and we’re bringing the comfort food, the b**r, and a whole lot of reasons to clear your lunch and dinner plans!

𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 🥣 Hearty chicken stock loaded with celery, carrots, onions, and potatoes, with a touch of lemon zest and cumin, finished with heavy cream and scallions.

𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘄𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 🇩🇪Madtoberfest bratwurst served with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, caramelized onion b**r demi-glace, and chives.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 🐓 Crispy chicken thigh, melty Swiss cheese, and hunter mushroom gravy on a toasted onion bun.

Peacharine hops SOLD OUT in six hours. We got our hands on some and built a whole b**r around them🤙🏼

Meet 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 🍑 our new hazy IPA. Peacharine leads the way, backed by Nectaron, Citra, Cryo Citra, and Freestyle’s Tropical Fusion SubZero Hop Kief. We’re talking 8 pounds of hops per barrel from kettle to fermenter, plus a yeast chosen for that full, soft mouthfeel we love in a hazy.

The payoff 😍 notes of fuzzy, sun-ripened peaches, sugared tangerine, and key lime. All that peach character comes from the hops. No peaches were squeezed for this one, despite what the photo might have you believe 🫠

And these tacos are bringing the heat AND the sweet 👉🏼 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗕𝗤 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘀 🐖 Adobo & b**r-braised pork shoulder smothered in chipotle & ancho chili BBQ sauce, topped with elote corn, cotija cheese, and pickled onions, all piled onto corn tortillas.
