The rye brings a rustic, biscuity backbone with just enough caramel sweetness to balance a clean, semi-bitter finish. Then comes the fun part…

It’s Taco Tuesday at Mad Chef Craft Brewing, and we’re bringing some star-spangled flavor to East Petersburg with this week’s taco special.

Meet the 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘀 🇺🇸 Seasoned ground beef, melty Cooper Sharp, local roasted corn salsa with grape tomatoes, pickled fennel, fresh basil, and lime, finished with house-made guacamole on warm flour tortillas.

Basically…if summer in Lancaster County became a taco, this would be it.

Cheesy? Yes.
Fresh? Absolutely.
