Today, The Rook Manayunk is donating 20% of all sales to the family of our fallen Philadelphia Police Officer. While no amount of money can ease the pain of such a heartbreaking loss, we hope to show this family that they are not alone and that an entire community stands behind them.
What started as one business wanting to make a difference is quickly becoming something so much bigger.
We want to give a heartfelt thank you to the local businesses who have already stepped up to join us:
💙 The Brass Tap, our first business to answer the call The Brass Tap
💙 Lennies Hoagies
💙 Maria’s Ristorante & Pizzeria Maria’s Ristorante On Summit
💙 Frank’s Pizza Frank's Pizza East Falls 🍕
💙 Anne Judge Aesthetics annejudgeaesthetics
To every local business in Philadelphia, we’re challenging you to join us. Whether you match our donation or contribute in your own way, every act of kindness makes a difference.
This is about more than businesses coming together. It’s about honoring a life lost, supporting a grieving family, and showing the men and women who protect our city that we stand with them.
To the officer’s family, your loss is felt throughout our community. We are grieving with you, praying for you, and standing beside you.
One community. One Philadelphia. Together for one family. 💙
Local businesses interested in joining our efforts, please send us a DM. Let’s show what Philadelphia is made of.
