Hey there loyal followers Charlie the food service technician here..... and once again I must put out a post about the Grand Stage Diner ....maybe I wasn’t clear I DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE GS DINER!! I keep this page for the many friends I have made over the years 😀😀. but since it seems to be a giant issue that’s blowing up my phone and my page... I got the straight dope for you (from a secret source )the old owners are not taking the diner back the diner is fine as far as I know (don’t work there remember) so stop private messaging me and from now on Think of me as the Sergeant Schultz of the grand stage Diner I KNOW NOTHING!!! lol 😂😂. but I will always help and answer all Pertinent questions .... so miss you all hope your life and family Is happy and healthy. Hello all.... Charlie the food service technician here with a some B I G NEWS! Danny Panagstos, the movie producing world traveler, just can’t stay retired! He is opening a new restaurant!! It’s called The Salty Chihuahua Cantina in Massapequa Park and it’s almost ready to open. The word on the street is it will offer top shelf drinks and delicious Mexican food. I managed to snag a picture of the outside ...do I see a help wanted sign? I hear they could use a few more cooks and waiters. Having had worked for the man for 14 years I can tell you he’s a great Boss so what can it hurt to give him a call.... I can’t wait to bring the family for dinner. Have a great day Charlie TFST

Hello friends Charlie the food service technician here.... just to clarify while I still maintain the Empress Diner page for sentimental reasons - I, myself, am working at the Plainview Diner.... and I am in no way attached with the New Grand Stage Diner. Please stop sending me complaints, rants and reviews. It won’t help...soooo if you belong to my Empress Page Family feel free to post anything pertinent and I will pass it along to our long time friends and family. See you on the flip side.

Hello My Empress People Charlie the food service technician here...just had a great talk with Tom the Owner of The Grand Stage Diner which will be taking the place of our Empress ... it’s going to be a traditional family Diner with a touch of the upscale such as a sit down Bar for drinks and snacks ..as well as a counter for the quick breakfast crowd many Booths and Tables ...From burger deluxe to a pinch of the exotic ,he has a party room as well as a dining room
the new decor looks beautiful and he says they are shooting for a mid January opening I hope this gives you your info or Tea as my daughter might say hopefully I’ll see you there Happy Happy Merry Merry
