Paul & Donna Formica opened Flanders Fish MKT | REST | BAR in the fall of 1983, renovating a single-family house into Connecticut's largest full-service seafood market, restaurant, and bar. Today, the recently renovated Flanders Fish is a market, restaurant, and bar, featuring daily Cappy Hour and bar specials! We also offer a full on and off-site catering menu, and Connecticut's first Demo Dining

What a special day.

Last weekend we got a visit from FFM alum, Joe, who was excited to see himself in the big team picture by the bar! He - now 48- was 14 when he started working here and was happy to show his family his first job!

He remembered the Flanders fry cutter and wanted to have another crack at it! (Spoiler: he’s still got it). His picture is over his + PF’s shoulder in the first picture and his daughter is pointing it out in the other!!

Thank you so much to Joe and his family for returning to your roots, making us proud in your life since FFM and introducing us to your wonderful family. So cool!!
