Additionally, we’ll provide a peek inside the historic Kuheiji sake brewery in Japan via a special virtual tour.
Kuheiji still makes award-winning sake using traditional methods. On the tour hosted by Master Brewer Kuheiji Kuno, you’ll witness firsthand how they make sake and Kuno will discuss the significance of the Toji or master brewer.
