Availability Requirement: Must be available to work evening/night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Summary

Baskin-Robbins Crew Members create a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service while preparing quality ice cream treats and maintaining a clean, safe store. Team members work together to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.

* Scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company standards.

* Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.

* Restock products, toppings, cones, and supplies throughout the shift.

* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, equipment, and restrooms.

* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

* Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

* Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking.

Qualifications

* Must be 16 years of age or older.

* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

* Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash transactions.

* Willingness to learn and maintain Baskin-Robbins quality and service standards.
