❤️Big news! ❤️

After three wonderful years, we’re changing our name from 👉🏼HIGHLANDER to 👉🏼TATRA Food & Company.

Why the change? We want to avoid confusion with other businesses in Montana that use the Highlander name. Over the years, many people confused us with restaurants and bars, and we want to make it easier for everyone to find us.

The name Tatra means so much more to us. It’s the mountain range where our family roots are, and it represents the traditions and homemade recipes we proudly share with you.

New name. New logo. Same family. Same homemade food.

Thank you for supporting us—we can’t wait to serve you as Tatra Food & Company! 🏔️❤️

This Independence Day feels especially meaningful to us.

We came to America from Poland with dreams, hope, and a belief that hard work could build a better future. Today, we are incredibly grateful to call this beautiful country our home.

Living in Montana has reminded us every day how fortunate we are to be surrounded by amazing people, breathtaking landscapes, and a community that has welcomed us with open arms.

As America celebrates 250 years of freedom, we celebrate the opportunity to be part of this incredible country.

An Update From Our Family ❤️

Life has a funny way of changing plans.

As many of you know, we spent quite a bit of time considering a move back to Poland. After a lot of thought, we’ve decided that Montana is still home, and we’re excited to share that we’ve settled in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley.

With that comes some exciting news…

Highlander Food & Company is returning! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

We’re building something special for this next chapter—new branding, a new logo, new ideas, and a fresh start. But at the heart of it all is the same mission we’ve always had: serving great food, bringing people together, and sharing a little piece of our Polish Highlander heritage with our community.

To everyone who supported us through the years, thank you. We can’t wait to see familiar faces again and welcome new friends along the way.
