The summer is DEFINITELY here --- warm and humid, long days and of course the Fourth of July coming up......in order to keep folks safe in the heat the following markets have been cancelled for this week:
scheduled for today.
Thursday: No Wethersfield Farmers' Market or Windsor Farmers Market
And to celebrate the Fourth: there is no East Longmeadow Farmers Market on Saturday

Big Holiday Weekend coming up and to allow Granny's staff to join in the festivities - Granny's will be closed on July 4. However we are open Tuesday - Friday 10am- 5pm this week so you may want to consider picking up your pies for the weekend on Thursday or Friday.....And as an added bonus, Thursday we have our very yummy Cherry Pie on special: $2 off!! This two crust pie made with tart cherries and just the right amount of sugar and spice is a fab summer treat....
We are located at 103 School St in East Hartford and as always would love to see you! ❤

We are also open at our 103 School St East Hartford location Tuesday-Friday 10am-1pm . We will be closed this Saturday July 4.

Well it is June 21 which means Father's Day AND the Summer Solstice which to Granny is a very interesting and powerful combination. The Solstice,- also the first official day of summer and the longest day of the year- is said to be time of illumination, abundance and gratitude. And of course Father's Day is a day when we honor dads. Two wonderful occasions which, to Granny, of course is always best celebrated -just like everything else in the Universe- with pie!!!
So wishing everyone today a wonderful abundant Solstice and a very Happy Father's Day. Both hopefully to be celebrated with joy, connection and the spirit of loving kindness. ❤

Summer is here and our friend Mike from is here today doing our summer windows- being supervised by Granny's founder and Grandpa of the first order!
Mike does awesome work and our windows change every season thanks to him and we very much appreciate it!
