The first heirlooms of the season have arrived. This early summer harvest comes from our friends at . We brought them in special to mark the beginning of tomato season, while we wait for our neighboring farms on the East End to begin harvesting.

A few of our favorite ways to enjoy these beauties…

The Heirloom Tomato Tart with goat cheese is back. Bring it to a barbecue, a luncheon, or enjoy it standing over your kitchen counter. No judgment.

Our chilled Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho has returned as well. Bright, refreshing, and made for hot summer afternoons. Take home a pint from any location.

Also returning to our Pantigo and Sag Harbor spaces is the Heirloom Tomato Sandwich: buttered, toasted Pullman loaf, basil-balsamic mayo, vine ripe tomatoes. Simple. Delicious.

To drink: a Bloody Mary, or add tequila for a Bloody Maria. Finished with a spicy yuzu salt rim and celery juice ice cubes. Prefer yours without spirits? Order it as a juice.

This beloved blend combines specialty-grade, single-origin coffees from Peru, Ethiopia, and Brazil. We spent over a year tasting and refining, working with trusted roasting partners and family-owned farms across three coffee-growing regions to create a blend that is both approachable and complex.

CHERRY BLOSSOM

Each spring, our team forages local cherry blossoms everywhere from our yards to our parking lot.

We sugar-preserve the blossoms to adorn cakes and pastries throughout the season, and save a small portion for our annual cherry blossom syrup.

Soft pink in color, it’s sweet and delicate, with subtle floral notes and a gentle almond flavor.

Add it to an iced latte or matcha while it lasts 🌸

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

The lobster roll is back: house-picked lobster on our buttery rolls, every one finished with a claw on top. Some say it’s the best in the Hamptons. You can be the judge.

Spring is in full swing and our team has been busy climbing, picking, pickling, and creating new seasonal specials for you.

1. Magnolia petals being picked by our team that will be pickled and preserved in a special vinegar.
2. New Red Endive Salad at Pantigo with crushed pistachios, green olives, grated shallot dressing, a splash of magnolia vinegar, and basil aioli.
3. Ramp focaccia, fresh from the oven.
4. Cherry blossoms, being picked by our pastry chef Arina for a seasonal syrup and to preserve in sugar.
