The first heirlooms of the season have arrived. This early summer harvest comes from our friends at . We brought them in special to mark the beginning of tomato season, while we wait for our neighboring farms on the East End to begin harvesting.
A few of our favorite ways to enjoy these beauties…
The Heirloom Tomato Tart with goat cheese is back. Bring it to a barbecue, a luncheon, or enjoy it standing over your kitchen counter. No judgment.
Our chilled Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho has returned as well. Bright, refreshing, and made for hot summer afternoons. Take home a pint from any location.
Also returning to our Pantigo and Sag Harbor spaces is the Heirloom Tomato Sandwich: buttered, toasted Pullman loaf, basil-balsamic mayo, vine ripe tomatoes. Simple. Delicious.
To drink: a Bloody Mary, or add tequila for a Bloody Maria. Finished with a spicy yuzu salt rim and celery juice ice cubes. Prefer yours without spirits? Order it as a juice.
