🌮🌮🌮3 Breakfast tacos: scrambled or sunny side eggs, melted cheese, diced avocado, tomato, chorizo, and drizzled with a house-made cilantro lime sour cream
♥️🧅Southwest omelette: black beans, sweet corn, red onion, chorizo, jalapeños, avocado, and shredded cheese served with homefries and toast
🥰🍑Peach cobbler pancakes OR French toast two pancakes layered with rich homemade cinnamon peach filling, sweet mascarpone cheese topped with whipped cream and oats
☕️Pair with our delicious Peach cobbler chai: homemade vanilla syrup, peach purée, and peach cold foam topped with graham cracker and diced peaches
Burger wrap with Mimis burger sauce: lettuce tomato, onions pickles American cheese with house made sauce
🌸💗🦩Pink tide mojito: coconut rum, lime juice, strawberry purée, and mint. Garnished with a fresh strawberry and mint
