Timing is everything…

Just two weeks after Omar left his corporate job, he opened this fortune cookie which read:

“A long-term goal will soon be achieved.”

We hoped.

Exactly two weeks later, we signed the lease for 10 East Street.

Opening Lazy Fare didn’t happen overnight. It’s been years of dreaming, planning, saving, second-guessing, and believing that one day we’d have a place of our own.

Leaving behind the security of a corporate career to chase a dream was one of the biggest leaps we’ve ever taken but sometimes you have to trust the process.

Now, we’re just weeks away from opening our doors, and we couldn’t be more grateful that you’re here following along with us. Every like, comment, share, and word of encouragement has meant more than you know.

Here’s to taking chances.
