The Kielbasy Store Polish sausage like you've never had before! When Witold and Melania immigrated to America, they brought Witold’s father’s secret kielbasy recipe with them.

Witold and Melania Elsner and their two young sons, Karol and Henry, opened the doors to Continental Home Made Provisions in November of 1961. Witold was following in the footsteps of his father, a master butcher in Poland, who taught him the art of sausage making. Fifty Six years later, Continental Home Made Provisions a.k.a. “The Kielbasy Store” is still family owned and operated. Witold’s older

son, Karol, is the third generation to carry on this family tradition. He continues to manufacture and smoke the finest quality sausage and lunch meats on premises. His wife, Donna, is the friendly face you see in the front of the shop selling our products and making sure every square inch of space is kept impeccably clean. Come in for our unique smoked kielbasy (or kielbasa), which is fine ground and much leaner than the typical Polish sausage. We even have a chicken and turkey version! While you’re visiting, try our hot dogs, hams, lunch meats or our traditional Polish, Italian, and Hungarian sausages. Our products are all natural, gluten free, contain no preservatives, nitrates, or fillers. You won’t be disappointed!
