📢 INDOOR WINTER VEHICLE, BOAT, RV, MOTORCYCLE STORAGE

Indoor winter storage at Timberyard in East Brookfield for cars, boats, campers, RVs, and motorcycles.

MONTHLY PRICING (FULL 5 Month Season Required):

• Up to 20 ft: $120/month
• Over 20 ft and up to 30 ft: $180/month
• Over 30 ft and up to 40 ft: $240/month
• Motorcycle: $60/month

PAYMENT

First monthly payment reserves your space with a completed agreement and confirmed availability. The remaining four payments are charged automatically to your card on file.

FULL 5 MONTH SEASON REQUIRED - November 15th - April 15th

SAVE 5% on storage when you pay the remaining seasonal balance at or before drop-off! Your reservation payment is credited toward the discounted seasonal total.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Storage is indoors in an unheated building. The property gate is locked during non-business hours, and Timberyard maintains rodent-control stations around the exterior perimeter (along with some pretty fierce brewery cats!)

Vehicle placement is arranged by Timberyard; individually marked spaces are not assigned. Access during storage requires prior approval.

DROP-OFF & PICKUP

Drop-off: November 15–20, 2026, by appointment.
Pickup: April 10–20, 2027, by appointment. All vehicles must be removed by April 20.

INSURANCE
Owners must maintain their own insurance coverage for stored property. Timberyard does not provide insurance for stored vehicles, boats, or trailers.

ALSO: Lower-cost OUTDOOR winter storage is also available for boats on trailers, RVs, and campers. Separate rates and terms apply; ask for details.

TODAY! We couldn’t think of a better way to spend a rainy Sunday… cold b**r, warm food, and acoustic folk/Americana with the amazing Molly McKeon.

Born and raised in New England, Molly McKeon grew up surrounded by music. Her grandpa was an avid banjo player who made sure music ran deep through the family, encouraging her uncles and mother to choose their own bluegrass instruments as soon as they were old enough to play. Molly began playing violin at age seven before teaching herself guitar at fourteen, quickly finding her footing as both a musician and songwriter. Rooted in folk, bluegrass, and Americana traditions, her music carries the storytelling spirit and rugged warmth of the places and people who raised her.
