Do you ever get mad at whatever your smoking. I smoked two racks of ribs today and for some reason they would not come up to temp so I literally pulled them. 7 hours later for two racks of ribs…wtf. And I will never buy ribs from Hyvee ever again.

Ok everyone it’s rib cooking time.
TAKING ORDERS! Who wants some ribs. We’ll be doing a rib cook on this Saturday the 15th. We’re getting ready to kick off our 2026 rib competitions. If you would like to show your support, we have full racks of ribs for $25 and will be ready for pick up after 2pm just like last year.
