Piecemeal Hosting community-inspired dinners in the Upper Valley of Vermont. All ingredients are sourced from our friends and neighbors.

Respectfully prepared, these very local ingredients will inspire an exciting dinner for 20 people. The family-style meals are held in the beautiful gardens behind an old schoolhouse in East Barnard, VT. There is no need to search far for that perfect pork or that bright yellow organic butter. Chances are, the person you will be sitting next to raised the lamb, grew the radishes, or gathered the ho

Piecemeal Pies, an extension of the popular farm to table catering company Piecemeal, is launching a brick and mortar PIE SHOP!

Specializing in English-style meat pies, salads, soups, and sweets, Piecemeal Pies will be a new daytime lunch spot in downtown White River Junction, Vermont.

We’ve spent the past couple of weeks visiting the new space-in-progess in Union Hall – taking measurements, envisioning layouts, tweaking details, and imagining the very near future. Our staff roster is complete, our menu crafted, wine and beer selections made, and market items curated.
