Carolina Grill of Easley Established in 2002 by Pat and Sam Tsolias, The Carolina Grill has become an Easley favorite.

The menu is large and diverse, serving everything from a traditional Greek style gyro to southern classics like hamburgers steaks and deep fried catfish. Located right behind Easley Baptist Hospital and no more than a 5-minute drive from downtown Easley, Carolina Grill of Easley is an old school family dinner. The love that the customers show this family owned restaurant is more than what the owners could of ever asked for, which is the exact reason Carolina Grill thrives on giving its customers the best quality food while also providing the highest form of hospitality.
