Today we celebrated our girls as they head off to college (one is missing from the photo!). These ladies have been with us since day one, and while we’re so sad to see them go, we couldn’t be more excited for everything that’s ahead of them.

Thank you for all the laughs, the hard work, and for helping make Grumps Early what it is today. You each leave a mark on this place, and a little piece of Grumps will be missing without y’all.

🎉 Big congratulations to our new Assistant Manager, Madison Ward! 🎉

One of the things we were most passionate about when we decided to open Grumps was creating opportunities for our team to grow from within. Today, we’re so excited to celebrate exactly that!

Madison has been with us since day one, and if you’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by her, you know she’s truly one of a kind. She consistently goes above and beyond, leads by example, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. Her hard work, dedication, and heart for serving others have made this promotion an easy decision.

We’re incredibly proud of you, Madison, and can’t wait to watch you continue to grow and help lead this amazing team.

❤️ Born and raised around Brownwood and a graduate of Early High School.
👨‍👩‍👧 When she’s not at Grumps, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, especially playing together, and enjoys creating diamond art.

Today’s manager invention. 😜 A Jr. Burger with no bun, piled high with sweet potato fries, crispy bacon, grilled onions, and a scoop of fresh guac. Weird? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely.
