Troupe’s Treats Troupe's Treats is a start-up business providing ice cream, frozen novelties, and bottled water to boaters on the Bohemia River near Hacks Point.

I'm Brian Troupe, a 15-year-old who realized I have an opportunity to serve the community of weekend boaters by offering cold treats for sale at the end of my friend's pier. My goal, beyond providing a service and building a successful business, is to earn enough money to purchase a boat of my own. Well that took an interesting turn. The storm popped up out of nowhere. One minute ice cream sales were brisk and everyone was excited to watch the upcoming fireworks. 10 minutes later, the canopy was destroyed. Thankfully, nobody was injured. The weather can do crazy things.

Troupe’s Treats is doubled up today. Brian is on the water serving the Boh’ Peeps. And his friend is serving the Bohemia Manor Farms visitors on land. It’s a scorcher out there today. Everybody needs an ice cream treat to cool off. See you one place or the other.
