Dough Is Where It Starts 🍕🔥

We use King Arthur unbleached, unbromated flour and give our dough a full 48 to 72 hours to ferment. No rushing the process. That time helps develop the texture, flavor, and quality we want every time something comes out of our oven. 🤌

And this dough goes way beyond pizza. It’s the foundation for our strombolis, calzones, pinwheels, garlic knots, and plenty more. If it starts with dough at Tosco’s, this is where it begins.

Buffalo Chicken By The Slice 🍕🔥

Fresh slices start with fresh ingredients, and for us, that means putting the work in long before the pizza hits the oven.

We prepare our chicken right here in house, marinating it for 24 hours so it has plenty of time to soak up all that flavor. Then we grill it fresh and chop it ourselves before it ever makes its way onto one of our pizzas. It takes more time, but that extra prep makes all the difference. 🤌

Today, that chicken is going onto our Buffalo Chicken Pizza, made fresh for the slice counter and loaded with that buffalo flavor people know and love.
