This week’s Specialty Loaf is one of our Bread Club’s Favorites! (Plus a little summer spin for some added fun.)🤗❤️🍓

I’ve taken my famous Strawberry loaf and rolled it with a ribbon of strawberry rhubarb compote, baked it in a loaf pan and sprinkled white chocolate chips throughout. Oh my heavens is it good!!!!

Toast it up fo breakfast or spread some Nutella on it for an extra special treat. Most people report that it doesn’t even make it to the house before it disappears 😂.

This loaf will sell out quickly so we are staring a list and will fulfill in order received until supplies run out. I’ve reserved a special amount for our Bread Club.

To order, text our store (208) 803-4533 and leave your name and the # of loaves you want. We will be fulfilling Wednesday-Saturday or until we run out of rhubarb.

Please note: there was a typo on our business cards. The number here is the correct one. When you receive a confirmation text that means you are on the list!

I feel so blessed that we were hired to be part of this gorgeous 50th birthday celebration. What a way to celebrate their sweet friend on this momentous milestone. We prepared 4 of our organic quiche on our famous sourdough crusts (2 ham and cheese and 2 savory veggie) and 3 of our sourdough boules to complement their meal. The beautiful Teresa Edwards made her famous apple cheesecake bars to add something sweet and my two talented helpers (Sierra and Frankie) helped me transport these beautiful egg pies, fresh and hot out of the oven. The party was stunning and we are so grateful to have had a tiny part in it all. We love our town! 🫶🏼🥰💛

God is in the details…

Every morning we pray over our customers. We pray over our food that it will nourish and delight everyone who consumes it. We pray over our building, our town, our shop neighbors and construction team. We pray over our children, our employees and our day.

Today I prayed an extra prayer for all of our patrons to experience a piece of God’s joy when they entered. And wouldn’t ya know that one of my specialty sweet rolls (Strawbwrry Rhubarb) came out in the shape of a heart. So I appropriately iced it to look as such and presented it to the nice couple waiting for their sweet treat to-go.

Come to find, it is their ANNIVERSARY!!!! ❤️🥳🥰🙏. We all gasped. And then she said to me “what you’re really sharing here is ‘Joy’! “. I almost fell over and I shared with her about the prayer I had said earlier.

You guys, I can’t make this stuff up. I cannot even begin to count all the ways they the Lord show up in our space. He’s incredible. He’s gracious. He’s Jehovah Jirah. He brings us peace and joy and fun. He supplies us with the people we need, when we need them. He has brought us all the resources we need to be successful and He guides our every step. If you’re seeking God in your life, this is your invitation to come and see Him in action.

We had a little fun last night and played around with some delicious Chai Tea as we were making these beauties. Buttermilk base, high quality French butter, Spicy Vanilla Caramel Chai from Chateau de Fleur all brought together in this light and fluffy bite of heaven. If you love Chai as much as we do, hurry in. These will for sure sell out quickly! We are Open today 9-4pm 💛 see you then. 😊
