Even the smoker needs a minute sometimes. 🔥

We’re closing up shop today for some maintenance and giving our hardworking crew a much needed chance to rest and reset after a busy summer and weekend!

We appreciate y’all understanding. We’ll be back at it tomorrow, ready to sling some BBQ.

Friends and neighbors! We know you might need groceries and the stores are looking pretty slim…but lucky for us, All The Good Stuff is located right in Edwards and thanks to our awesome community, they were able to safely keep their shelves stocked overnight! So if you need to stock your fridge, go check them out. Plus, we all love it when you shop local! This is what community is all about!

After monitoring our coolers overnight, we made the decision to discard any food that didn’t remain at safe temperatures during last nights power outage. Because of that, we’ll be running with a limited menu today while we prepare fresh sides! We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please bear with us!

Your Friday night plans just got better!

School of Rock - Fort Collins is taking over Moe’s tonight from 5-8 PM!

These talented musicians regularly perform around Colorado, have played iconic venues like Red Rocks, Mishawaka, and Meow Wolf Denver, and they’re making a stop in Eagle before wrapping up their tour!

Come grab some BBQ, support these young musicians, and enjoy a great night of live music!

Fortunately, today’s special is SMOKED BRISKET (yes for real) and not 600 banana puddings.

At least that’s what we’re planning on.

Come see “the somehow” in action today. And be nice to him. Check our comments 👇 to see the rest of today’s specials!

Yesterday, Moe's Original BBQ - Eagle, CO won the Vail Valley Partnership’s Business of the Year award!

This award means a lot to us, and we owe it to all of the amazing people behind this restaurant. The people who come in early, stay late, work doubles when we’re short staffed, jump in to help each other, remember our customers by name, and truly care about this place and the community we get to call home. Because that’s really at the heart of what we do. Our day-to-day is actually a whole lot bigger than BBQ.

And for years, this community has supported us through a whole lot of life. Celebrations, fundraisers, fires, weird times, good times, hard times, all of it. That’s what makes this place so incredibly special.

But truly, this restaurant is what it is because of the people in these photos. We’re really proud of what we’ve built together, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone in Eagle County who continues to support us year after year.

Thank you. This is really cool.
